We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of handmade and customized cane products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craftsmen.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery.
- Returns due to change of mind, preference, or size are not accepted.
- Customers must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
- To process a return, you must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Upon return, the product will be inspected before any action is taken.
Repairs
- If the returned product is confirmed to be damaged, we will repair it free of charge and resend it to you.
- No monetary refund will be issued for damaged products — only repairs or replacement (where applicable).
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for ready-made products, and only if: The product has not yet been dispatched, and The refund request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
- Once the product has been dispatched, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance.
- Built-to-order products are non-refundable, as they are made specifically based on your request and begin production shortly after order confirmation.

- We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with the policy above.
- All returns must be properly packaged to avoid additional damage during return shipping.
- In case of disputes, our team will assess the situation based on photo or video evidence provided by the customer.
