Payment Terms
- All orders require either 50% or full payment upfront to be confirmed.
- The remaining 50% (if applicable) can be paid upon delivery.
- You can choose to pay the full amount during checkout for faster processing.
- The delivery charge may vary depending on the product size and delivery location, and must be paid separately by the customer upon delivery or as informed in advance.
Built-to-Order Products
- Some products may not be pre-made and will be custom-built after your order is placed.
- If a product requires time to build, this will be mentioned on the product page.
- Once completed, you’ll be notified and the item will be dispatched for delivery.
- For built-to-order products, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable once production begins.
Delivery Time
- Delivery will be made within 3 – 5 business days from the date of product completion (for built-to-order items) or payment confirmation (for in-stock items).
- Delivery dates may vary slightly based on location or vendor availability, but we always aim for quick turnaround.

- Orders will only proceed once we verify your payment.
Invoices & Order Confirmations
- You will receive an order confirmation email or message once your payment is verified.
- A payment receipt will be provided for all transactions.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery fee.
