This handmade Cane Swing is crafted from natural cane by local artisans in Sri Lanka, delivering the simple, easy motion that a traditional swing should. The flat-woven seat provides even weight distribution, and the positioned hanging ropes keep the ride steady with minimal side-to-side movement. It can be hung from a ceiling joist, a tree branch, or a freestanding wooden frame. Natural cane handles Sri Lanka's climate well when kept in a shaded, dry location. For full outdoor exposure with rain and direct sun, a synthetic cane version is available with UV-stabilised material.
