What is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.

• Structural frame failure
• Weave unraveling due to manufacturing defects
• Loose joints or connections

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions (if outdoor furniture is not properly cared for)
• Commercial use (unless specified in trade contract)

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
