We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every Ceylon Cane Crafts piece is built to last and comes with our 5-Year Structural Guarantee.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.

• Structural frame failure
• Weave unraveling due to manufacturing defects
• Loose joints or connections

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage to natural cane caused by outdoor use, direct sunlight, or water exposure (natural cane is designed for indoor use only)
• Damage to synthetic cane caused by lack of proper maintenance
• Wear to cushions, upholstery, or non-cane components
• Commercial use (unless specified in trade contract)

Important Notes

• Natural cane is strictly for indoor use. Exposure to sun, rain, or outdoor conditions will cause damage not covered by this warranty.
• Synthetic cane can be used indoors or outdoors, but must be properly maintained. Regular cleaning and protection during extreme weather is recommended.
• All our cane furniture is finished with varnish and polish for protection against wood bugs and to maintain its signature shine.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
